Newsletter and messages.
We collect the email address you submit, consent and subscription status, confirmation and unsubscribe records, and messages you choose to send. We use these to operate the briefing, answer enquiries and maintain consent and suppression records. Newsletter content is sent only after confirmation. Every briefing includes an unsubscribe option.
Service providers.
Cloudflare hosts the site and operational data. Amazon Web Services provides email delivery when enabled. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell subscriber addresses.
Analytics and technical information.
We use aggregate first-party page and referral counts to understand readership. Security logs and short-lived, hashed abuse-control identifiers help protect forms. We do not require advertising cookies to read the site. If optional analytics are added, this notice will be updated before collection changes.
Retention and choices.
Request access, correction or deletion by email. We retain subscription data while needed to provide the service and keep minimal suppression records to respect unsubscribe requests. Feedback and operational logs are reviewed for deletion when no longer useful. Please do not submit confidential customer information through public forms.

Linked sites have their own privacy practices. Public X feedback is used to understand mentions of this publication, with source links and limited retention; it is not used to build private-person profiles.
